J’net Smith
As Vice President of United Media in the 1990’s, J’net agented and edited New York Times bestselling book “The Dilbert Principle,” which went on to sell millions of copies worldwide and held court on the New York Times Bestsellers’ List for 43 weeks. She built the Dilbert brand from its infancy to an IP which generated more than $250M. Through humor and pushing the envelope, Dilbert became a catalyst for today’s work-at-home entrepreneurial lifestyle.
Today as president/owner of All Art Licensing she acts as an agent for a few notable clients, helping transform creative concepts into marketable brands through her expert guidance in marketing, brand building, product development and, of course, licensing.
Zoonicorn is a 3D animated preschool series that teaches optimism, determination and resilience. It streams globally in more than 100 countries and is available in 80M U.S. households. J’net began development with a rough concept and one story to build the independently owned IP. She secured a worldwide, multi-million-dollar partnership with Toonz Media group for production and distribution, and today she is the Executive Producer/Director of the Zoonicorn series which includes three seasons, 130 7-minute episodes and more than sixty other unique products from manufacturer licensees. J’net leads the brand’s global business—including branding,
business development, and licensing—while managing the day-to-day operations for the show’s creator.
A dynamic force in children’s entertainment and brand strategy, J’net is also spearheading a new initiative with High Touch Entertainment, a global science education company with 34 franchises in 17 states, spanning 12 countries. She secured a global publishing deal for ‘The Spark Experiment,’ a graphic novel series launching in Spring of 2026, which combines action-adventure storytelling with hands-on science experiments that kids can do at home. Seeing Spark’s broader ‘Science Made Fun’ IP potential, she is broadening exposure through social outlets and has licensed two more consumer product deals, including plush, to coincide with the book launch.
J’net is a graduate of the University of Oregon, School of Journalism. She lives with her husband and son in Sedona, Arizona.
Becky Denny
Becky Denny has been part of the All Art Licensing team for more than ten years, after working with J’net to establish her Becky Denny branded products early in her licensing career. Denny worked closely with major manufacturers of tabletop, stationery, gift, kitchen textiles and home décor to create on-trend product lines, gaining experience in manufacturing and marketing for a broad range of product categories. More than 600 Becky Denny branded products have been marketed with $5M in retail sales.
Following this, the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) asked Denny to leverage her expertise and name recognition to open distribution channels in mid-tier and upscale department and specialty stores, targeting women. Denny founded Ceranima Home, a wholesale manufacturing company and launched Becky Denny’s Collegiate Tailgate Collection, a multi-category casual entertaining collection for the top 25 revenue producing universities. She is recognized as the first licensed designer to co-brand with collegiate trademarks, leading the growth of housewares and non-apparel categories for CLC. As CEO, President and Creative Director of Ceranima Home, she was responsible for overseeing all business operations, product design, manufacturing, sales and marketing. Today she works with a diverse array of clients, including sports, celebrity, cartoon and non-profit licensors to help them monetize their assets in the consumer markets through brand identity programs and designing product lines. Her in-depth experience, as both a licensor and wholesale manufacturer, make her uniquely qualified to guide the product-based creative development for brands, always staying true to the core objectives while utilizing unique product characteristics, materials and production processes.
